Friends and family may enter on behalf of a loss family, but it must go to a family whose child died.

I gave birthday during Thanksgiving weekend and no onr was available from NILMDTS to come take photos so all the ones I have of them are from my in laws personal camera. I'd love a pretty frame for my newly touched up photos! Thank you!
